This job opportunity is with a restaurant operated by an independent franchisee, who holds a license to use McDonald’s logos and food products. It's important to understand that this franchisee operates as a separate entity from McDonald’s USA; therefore, the franchisee is the sole employer responsible for employment decisions. The restaurant functions under the well-known McDonald’s brand name but is independently owned and managed. Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- prior management experience in quick-service or related industries
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- strong understanding of customer service and operational standards
- ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team
- strong organizational skills
- commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety
Job Qualifications
- Previous General Manager experience in high-volume quick-service restaurants
- strong leadership and team management skills
- experience in hospitality or retail environments preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to set goals and drive results
- strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- must be 18 years or older
Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant ensuring adherence to McDonald’s quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- collaborate with leadership to establish and execute restaurant goals
- lead and support Department Managers by setting goals and coaching to improve performance
- oversee hiring and development of Department and Shift Managers
- manage staffing, scheduling, and day-to-day operations
- monitor financial performance and manage budgets
- ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety regulations
