Job Requirements
- 3+ years of general manager experience in restaurant, entertainment or hospitality industry
- High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Must have current alcohol and food certifications that meet city, county, state requirements
- Ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 12 hours
- Able to lift 25-50 pounds
- Must be physically able to work in kitchen or service areas as needed
Job Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree preferred

Job Duties
- Manages restaurant environment including guest service and operational standards
- Builds and maintains culture aligned with company values
- Handles guest complaints effectively and ensures guest satisfaction
- Oversees inventory levels and product quality standards
- Participates in community activities to boost sales and brand awareness
- Implements promotions and manages team scheduling
- Maintains safety, sanitation, and preventative maintenance standards
- Ensures staffing recruitment, training and ongoing team development
- Conducts interviews, performance reviews and disciplinary actions
- Manages administrative and financial controls including budgets, contracts and inventory
- Analyzes operational procedures for improvement
- Ensures compliance with laws and company policies
- Acts as a role model and coach for team members
- Maintains physical ability to support kitchen and service duties when needed
