Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of general manager experience in restaurant, entertainment or hospitality industry
  • High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Must have current alcohol and food certifications that meet city, county, state requirements
  • Ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 12 hours
  • Able to lift 25-50 pounds
  • Must be physically able to work in kitchen or service areas as needed

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3+ years general manager experience in restaurant, entertainment or hospitality industry
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Current alcohol and food certifications per city, county and state requirements
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and guest service abilities
  • Knowledge of safety, sanitation and compliance standards
  • Ability to analyze budgets and control financial operations
  • Experience in recruitment, training and performance management

Job Duties

  • Manages restaurant environment including guest service and operational standards
  • Builds and maintains culture aligned with company values
  • Handles guest complaints effectively and ensures guest satisfaction
  • Oversees inventory levels and product quality standards
  • Participates in community activities to boost sales and brand awareness
  • Implements promotions and manages team scheduling
  • Maintains safety, sanitation, and preventative maintenance standards
  • Ensures staffing recruitment, training and ongoing team development
  • Conducts interviews, performance reviews and disciplinary actions
  • Manages administrative and financial controls including budgets, contracts and inventory
  • Analyzes operational procedures for improvement
  • Ensures compliance with laws and company policies
  • Acts as a role model and coach for team members
  • Maintains physical ability to support kitchen and service duties when needed
