Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • two years of college or equivalent preferred
  • minimum four years leadership experience in restaurant or retail/hospitality industry
  • English language proficiency for clear communication
  • strong math skills
  • Windows computer literacy
  • completion or willingness to complete required certification training programs
  • ability to work long and irregular hours including extra shifts
  • leadership and team management capability
  • effective problem-solving skills
  • commitment to compliance with food safety and employment regulations

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Directs efficient and accurate preparation and sale of products and preventive maintenance of restaurant facilities for guest satisfaction
  • provides operations direction to team and coaches others to lead operations
  • sets an example for team by implementing shift plans and ensuring smooth operations
  • identifies and resolves operational bottlenecks to improve service speed
  • engages the right people to prevent and resolve equipment problems
  • monitors operational programs to identify and resolve restaurant issues
  • demonstrates patience and a positive attitude when delegating tasks
  • takes responsibility for district-wide operations process as assigned
  • motivates and directs team to exceed customer expectations through food and friendly service
  • proactively interacts with customers to seek feedback
  • works with team to resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • directs pride in delivering company Mission Statement and Brand Delivery Standards
  • adapts to meet different team needs ensuring customer promise delivery

  • maintains order and discipline including reprimands and terminations
  • manages restaurant profit and loss by implementing marketing strategies, following cash control, maintaining inventory and managing labor
  • optimizes schedules and crew positioning
  • prepares financial plans including sales and expenses
  • oversees forecasting and inventory management
  • coaches team on sales strategies and best practices
  • removes performance barriers and provides resources
  • enforces government regulations and BKC policies regarding food safety, security, and employment law
  • maintains cleanliness and sanitation standards
  • acts swiftly on violations including damage control and long-term prevention
  • educates team on loss control procedures and safe environment maintenance
  • demonstrates reliability in compliance
  • leads restaurant audits and identifies compliance issues across shifts
