Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in facility operations and management
- Experience in hospitality industry such as theme parks, family entertainment centers, hotels, resorts, casinos, or restaurants
- Strong communication skills

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to maintain professional grooming and conduct

Job Duties
- Hire, train, and provide mentorship to staff
- Cultivate a team environment that offers exceptional customer service
- Implement and execute all staff training programs
- Assist in selecting and developing Area Leads and Certified Trainers
- Lead and motivate managerial staff using individual strengths
- Ensure execution of employee recognition and incentive programs
- Maintain strong community presence through partnerships
- Maintain a safe, clean, and secure environment
- Manage all operational aspects including entertainment, food, beverage, attractions, and property
- Continuously improve operational execution and adherence to standards
- Direct management team to ensure high-level staff performance
- Promote positive employee relations and high staff morale
- Assist franchise owners in manager accountability
- Monitor online reviews to enhance guest experience
- Execute marketing strategies to drive sales
- Maintain fiscal responsibility with inventory control
- Assure appropriate staffing levels while managing labor budget
- Analyze financial reports and develop revenue growth plans
