Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • must have or be willing to obtain SERV Safe certification by the end of training
  • secure reliable transportation to travel to home store and other locations occasionally
  • stand and move for most or all of your shift
  • ability to use restaurant equipment such as a headset, register, or grill
  • eligible to work in this country and pass a background investigation

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • experience in restaurant or retail management preferred
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • ability to promote a customer-first attitude
  • knowledge of food safety practices
  • ability to maintain balance between customer service and operational goals

Job Duties

  • Maintain day-to-day financial controls
  • create and manage staff schedules
  • interview, hire, train and orientate team members
  • oversee coaching, counseling, and developing staff and managing team relations
  • exercise proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management
  • ensure health and safety inspections and standards are met
  • lead the management team to achieve employee, customer, sales, and operational goals
