Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- must have or be willing to obtain SERV Safe certification by the end of training
- secure reliable transportation to travel to home store and other locations occasionally
- stand and move for most or all of your shift
- ability to use restaurant equipment such as a headset, register, or grill
- eligible to work in this country and pass a background investigation
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in restaurant or retail management preferred
- strong leadership and communication skills
- problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- ability to promote a customer-first attitude
- knowledge of food safety practices
- ability to maintain balance between customer service and operational goals
Job Duties
- Maintain day-to-day financial controls
- create and manage staff schedules
- interview, hire, train and orientate team members
- oversee coaching, counseling, and developing staff and managing team relations
- exercise proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management
- ensure health and safety inspections and standards are met
- lead the management team to achieve employee, customer, sales, and operational goals
