Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- minimum 2 years of store supervisor experience
- ServSafe certification
- TAM certification
- Sherriff card
- Food Safety certification
- other certifications may be required where applicable
Job Qualifications
- Able to work flexible hours including weekends and closing shifts
- excellent communication skills
- possess strong ethics and positive attitude
- ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, customer-focused store
- ability to use a PC
- ability to understand financial reports
- strong time-management skills including multitasking, prioritizing, and organizing
- excellent leadership and organizational skills with attention to detail
- proven track record of exceptional customer service
Job Duties
- Control cost of goods, variances and inventories within the stores/bars
- responsible for inventory control including daily and periodic counting of items and managing stock
- ensure appropriate inventory and ordering systems are implemented
- staff and schedule effectively to control labor costs
- ensure proper cash handling and deposit procedures are followed
- place cash orders for additional change
- measure, diagnose, and correct cash management issues
- ensure product quality, store cleanliness, maintenance, and security standards are met
- verify and secure price or menu changes are accurately reflected in POS
- train, coach, and develop crew members
- delegate tasks and provide follow-up
- hold team accountable for performance and provide coaching and counseling as needed
- communicate goals clearly during team meetings and recognize team contributions
- educate team on personnel policies, labor laws, and safety procedures
- contribute to hiring new crew members
- ensure the team provides fast, friendly, and accurate service
- contribute to crew members' performance reviews
- effectively handle customer issues
- measure customer satisfaction and execute plans to improve satisfaction and loyalty
