Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years current experience in the casual restaurant industry
- High school diploma or GED required
- Availability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain a well-groomed appearance and follow uniform standards
- Display a positive and outwardly friendly attitude towards all guests
- Able to withstand the physical demands of a restaurant environment
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Servsafe or equivalent state-approved license
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years current experience in the casual restaurant industry
- Previous experience in deli or food service management preferred
- Experience in hotel catering, coffee service, banquet operations, assistant management, food production, or bartending is a plus
- High school diploma or GED required
- Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Servsafe license preferred or ability to obtain and maintain a state-approved license
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude with strong customer service skills
Job Duties
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations to ensure safety and quality
- Lead daily decision-making and employee scheduling
- Maintain high levels of cleanliness and service standards
- Guide and develop team members through coaching and training
- Control costs and manage inventory effectively
- Implement operational improvements to enhance guest experience
- Protect company assets and ensure compliance with regulations
