Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of management experience in full service kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations
  • Basic business math and accounting skills
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended workdays
  • Capability to manage multiple teams and departments
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically active entertainment environment

Job Duties

  • Develop and monitor financial operational plans and budgets to achieve center's financial goals including food and beverage sales
  • Review and control labor costs and other expenses
  • Manage day-to-day operations including scheduling, planning, organizing, and effective team communication
  • Supervise and conduct training for all staff members ensuring proficiency in guest service, food and beverage operations, loss prevention, and company standards
  • Oversee multiple departments efficiently, conduct regular management meetings, and review profit and loss statements to adjust action plans
  • Maintain high team morale and address center-level HR and loss prevention issues
  • Ensure guest service goals are met and resolve customer complaints to maintain guest satisfaction
  • Manage and expand food and beverage programs ensuring quality and guest satisfaction
  • Work flexible shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended days as needed
