Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of management experience in full service kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations
- Basic business math and accounting skills
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended workdays
- Capability to manage multiple teams and departments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically active entertainment environment

Job Duties
- Develop and monitor financial operational plans and budgets to achieve center's financial goals including food and beverage sales
- Review and control labor costs and other expenses
- Manage day-to-day operations including scheduling, planning, organizing, and effective team communication
- Supervise and conduct training for all staff members ensuring proficiency in guest service, food and beverage operations, loss prevention, and company standards
- Oversee multiple departments efficiently, conduct regular management meetings, and review profit and loss statements to adjust action plans
- Maintain high team morale and address center-level HR and loss prevention issues
- Ensure guest service goals are met and resolve customer complaints to maintain guest satisfaction
- Manage and expand food and beverage programs ensuring quality and guest satisfaction
- Work flexible shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended days as needed
