Job Requirements
- Work a flexible, full-time schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be available to close the store at least once per week
- Attend corporate meetings and conferences with possible overnight and interstate travel
- Maintain valid identification for airline travel
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
- 3-5+ years of fast-paced retail management or relevant work experience
- proven success in financial management including sales growth and budget control
- proven ability in retail management with inventory and service culture experience
- experience in leadership management including talent acquisition and development
- proficiency with technology such as POS systems and Microsoft Office
- excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Duties
- Promote a culture of accountability to meet or exceed sales, guest loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and retail shrink goals
- Drive company profitability through operational excellence, sales growth, and expense control
- Leverage store forecast and payroll budgets to optimize scheduling and maximize productivity
- Address financial and operational issues identified in reports and audits
- Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations with guests
- Stay informed about industry trends and product benefits to enhance guest service
- Maintain prompt and regular attendance and enforce attendance policies
