Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management or equivalent preferred
- Two or more years of sales experience in retail operations
- At least three years in a management position
- Experience working in a highly regulated industry
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must successfully complete a comprehensive background check

Job Duties
- Ensure each patient receives outstanding guest service by providing a friendly environment including greeting and acknowledging every guest and providing solid product knowledge
- Analyze and measure sales trends
- develop and implement plans to maximize sales and meet or exceed goals for the team and individuals
- Train, supervise and evaluate all employees to assure compliance with SOPs
- Engage and inspire store teams to achieve maximum performance by modeling positive behavior
- Ensure compliance with Medical Use of Marijuana Program and HIPAA regulations including confidentiality and record keeping
- Conduct regular store management meetings, walk-throughs, and audits
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reviews with plans for improvement
- Oversee audits and manage inventory between vault and dispensing stations
- Partner with HR to recommend salaries, write appraisals, and manage disciplinary actions
- Maintain a clean and organized dispensary
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment
- Oversee cash management procedures including transactions and reconciliations
- Collaborate with managers in delivery, cultivation, and security departments
- Stay informed about state and local laws, regulations, and industry news
- Evaluate performance issues and actively recruit candidates
- Provide leadership for problem resolution
