Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- One or more years experience leading, motivating, or developing others or US military service
- Passion for helping and serving customers and team members

- Ability to make solutions and decisions in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Lead all aspects of restaurant operations including food production, guest service, and crew management
- Manage recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes
- Oversee staffing and schedule management to meet business needs
- Conduct performance management including training, coaching, and motivation of staff
- Plan and execute business decisions related to inventory, budgeting, and food costs
- Ensure food safety standards and workplace safety compliance
- Maintain high standards for facility maintenance and operational excellence
