This franchisee has the license to use McDonald's iconic logos and serve its celebrated food products but operates as a distinct entity responsible for its own employment decisions including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Previous general manager experience recommended
  • Experience managing high volume locations
  • Background in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail preferred
  • Ability to lead and develop others
  • Capability to meet McDonald’s quality, service, and cleanliness standards
  • Willingness to work flexible hours

Job Qualifications

  • Previous general manager experience running high volume locations
  • Experience in quick service restaurants preferred
  • Background in hospitality or retail valued
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Ability to plan and execute business strategies
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Must be 18 years or older

Job Duties

  • Run a profitable restaurant meeting McDonald’s customer standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • Set restaurant goals in collaboration with leadership and plan to achieve them
  • Lead a team of Department Managers to set goals and follow up on progress
  • Provide coaching and direction to improve department performance
  • Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team
  • Ensure the restaurant delivers excellent customer experiences consistently
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, and daily restaurant operations effectively
