Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Previous general manager experience recommended
- Experience managing high volume locations
- Background in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail preferred
- Ability to lead and develop others
- Capability to meet McDonald’s quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- Willingness to work flexible hours

Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant meeting McDonald’s customer standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- Set restaurant goals in collaboration with leadership and plan to achieve them
- Lead a team of Department Managers to set goals and follow up on progress
- Provide coaching and direction to improve department performance
- Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team
- Ensure the restaurant delivers excellent customer experiences consistently
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and daily restaurant operations effectively
