Job Requirements
- Must be available to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, handling, reaching, bending, crouching, kneeling, squatting, and stooping repeatedly
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent

- Leadership experience in retail, food service, or fuel environment preferred
- Skilled in selecting, training, and managing staff
- Experience with labor allocation, scheduling, and expense management
- Proven ability to coach and develop team members
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to analyze financial statements and business reports
Job Duties
- Manage day-to-day store operations while adhering to company policies and procedures
- Directly supervise and develop store staff
- Maximize store profitability through expense control and revenue optimization
- Ensure guest satisfaction and maintain high service standards
- Recruit, train, and schedule employees to meet business needs
- Maintain store safety and operational standards
- Analyze financial reports and implement strategies to meet key performance metrics
- Manage cash handling and inventory controls
- Handle guest and associate incidences and ensure compliance with laws and company policies
- Lead change initiatives and champion company programs
- Foster a positive and inclusive team environment
- Build and maintain relationships with community partners
