Job Requirements

  • Must be available to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, handling, reaching, bending, crouching, kneeling, squatting, and stooping repeatedly
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Leadership experience in retail, food service, or fuel environment preferred
  • Skilled in selecting, training, and managing staff
  • Experience with labor allocation, scheduling, and expense management
  • Proven ability to coach and develop team members
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze financial statements and business reports

Job Duties

  • Manage day-to-day store operations while adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Directly supervise and develop store staff
  • Maximize store profitability through expense control and revenue optimization
  • Ensure guest satisfaction and maintain high service standards
  • Recruit, train, and schedule employees to meet business needs
  • Maintain store safety and operational standards
  • Analyze financial reports and implement strategies to meet key performance metrics
  • Manage cash handling and inventory controls
  • Handle guest and associate incidences and ensure compliance with laws and company policies
  • Lead change initiatives and champion company programs
  • Foster a positive and inclusive team environment
  • Build and maintain relationships with community partners
