Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in casual restaurant industry
- High school diploma or GED required
- Availability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends
- Servsafe license preferred or ability to obtain one
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in fast-paced environment
- Maintain well-groomed appearance and follow uniform standards
- Positive and outwardly friendly attitude towards all guests
- Able to withstand physical demands of restaurant environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in casual restaurant industry
- Experience in deli or food service management preferred
- Experience in hotel catering, coffee service, banquet operations, assistant management, food production, or bartending is a plus
- Servsafe license preferred or ability to obtain state-approved license
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Positive and friendly attitude towards guests
Job Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure safety and quality standards are met
- Manage staff scheduling and daily decision-making
- Maintain high levels of cleanliness and service
- Guide and develop team members through training and leadership
- Control operational costs and protect company assets
- Implement improvements to drive restaurant performance and guest satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health regulations
