Job Requirements
- Two or more years of experience in general management
- Experience in a high-volume environment
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Previous experience managing labor and other operational costs
- Ability to lead and motivate a large team
- Strong organizational skills
- Commitment to customer service excellence
Job Qualifications
- Two or more years of experience in general management
- Experience in a high-volume environment
- Experience in hospitality and/or food and beverage is a plus
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to analyze financial statements and manage costs
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Oversee day-to-day operations
- Develop location-based goals and initiatives to support business strategy and achieve corporate goals
- Ensure adherence to core standards, HR policies, training, and safety requirements
- Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance
- Analyze P&L and oversee department managers to achieve revenue goals including cash handling, upselling, and transaction processes
- Train and manage department managers to meet product and guest service standards
- Work with department managers and corporate staff to implement revenue-driving initiatives such as league sales, seasonal promotions, and restaurant promotion
- Lead a salaried management team of 8-10
- Oversee a team of 120-150 hourly team members to exceed guest expectations
