Job Requirements

  • Be 18 years or older
  • have previous General Manager experience
  • possess knowledge of quick service restaurant operations
  • demonstrate leadership capabilities
  • strong organizational skills
  • ability to work flexible hours
  • commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and service

Job Qualifications

  • Previous General Manager experience
  • experience running high volume locations
  • background in quick service restaurants desired
  • experience in hospitality or retail
  • strong leadership and coaching skills
  • ability to set and achieve business goals
  • excellent communication abilities

Job Duties

  • Run a profitable restaurant
  • ensure restaurant meets McDonald’s quality, service, and cleanliness standards
  • set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them
  • lead and coach Department Managers
  • follow up on Department progress and provide direction
  • hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
  • maintain high customer standards
