Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant management or supervisory role

Job Duties

  • Manages restaurant environment including guest service, alcohol awareness, inventory, presentation, community involvement, promotions, staff scheduling, safety, cleanliness, maintenance, communication, and overall responsibilities
  • Manages associate performance through recruitment, training, development, evaluations, staffing, interviews, coaching, disciplinary actions, and compliance
  • Maintains restaurant controls with administrative duties, asset management, legal compliance, budget oversight, service contracts, capital expenditure monitoring, earnings analysis, cash handling, inventory, and accurate reporting
  • Develops the team and culture by inspiring cooperation, promoting guest obsession, completing assignments timely, setting growth plans, modeling professionalism, and upholding company values
