Job Requirements

  • minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience managing a team of 20 or more employees
  • strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • valid food safety certification preferred

  • manage restaurant profitability and daily operations
  • review financial performance and implement strategies to improve profit and sales
  • motivate and direct team members to deliver exceptional guest service
  • oversee cleanliness and safety standards
  • respond promptly to guest feedback and resolve issues
  • engage with the community and execute local marketing initiatives
  • lead recruitment, onboarding, and training of restaurant staff
  • provide coaching, feedback, and recognition to enhance team performance
