Job Requirements

  • Restaurant management experience
  • Pass criminal background check
  • Ability to hire, train, and lead restaurant team and administer corrective action
  • Team shift scheduling
  • Manage record keeping and reporting
  • Follow written and oral instructions and procedures
  • Flexible schedule
  • Interact effectively with restaurant employees, restaurant general managers from other locations, district managers, administrative office personnel, members of the field operations team, and outside vendors

  • Familiarity with financial controls and operational management

Job Duties

  • Deliver restaurant guest satisfaction
  • Lead desired restaurant outcomes including sales, profits, employee satisfaction and retention
  • Manage financial controls, operations, people development, guest service, and Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen corporate compliance
  • Supervise team members and hourly shift coordinators
  • Hire, train and lead restaurant team
  • Administer corrective action as necessary
  • Manage team shift scheduling and record keeping
  • Maintain effective communication with restaurant employees, managers, district managers, administrative personnel, field operations team, and outside vendors
