This job is offered by an independent franchisee who owns and operates a McDonald's restaurant, separate from McDonald's USA. The franchisee holds a license to use McDonald's logos and food products to operate its restaurant, but it is a distinct company and employer. Therefore, the franchisee is solely responsible for all employment-related decisions such as hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. McDonald's USA does not participate in the hiring process or employment management of franchise-operated locations and will not have access to applications or handle interview or employment decisions. Job Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Previous General Manager experience preferred
  • Experience in quick service restaurants or related industries
  • Strong leadership abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple departments
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality service and cleanliness

Job Qualifications

  • Previous General Manager experience in high volume locations
  • Experience in quick service restaurants hospitality or retail
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to set goals and develop strategic plans
  • Effective coaching and communication skills
  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • Proven track record of meeting operational and financial targets

Job Duties

  • Run a profitable restaurant that meets McDonald's standards of quality service and cleanliness
  • Set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them
  • Lead and coach a team of Department Managers
  • Monitor department progress and provide direction to improve performance
  • Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
  • Ensure restaurant compliance with health and safety standards
  • Foster a positive team environment that supports growth and development
