This job is offered by an independent franchisee who owns and operates a McDonald's restaurant, separate from McDonald's USA. The franchisee holds a license to use McDonald's logos and food products to operate its restaurant, but it is a distinct company and employer. Therefore, the franchisee is solely responsible for all employment-related decisions such as hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. McDonald's USA does not participate in the hiring process or employment management of franchise-operated locations and will not have access to applications or handle interview or employment decisions. Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old
- Previous General Manager experience preferred
- Experience in quick service restaurants or related industries
- Strong leadership abilities
- Ability to manage multiple departments
- Excellent communication and coaching skills
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality service and cleanliness

- Experience in quick service restaurants hospitality or retail
- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Minimum age of 18 years
- Proven track record of meeting operational and financial targets
Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant that meets McDonald's standards of quality service and cleanliness
- Set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them
- Lead and coach a team of Department Managers
- Monitor department progress and provide direction to improve performance
- Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
- Ensure restaurant compliance with health and safety standards
- Foster a positive team environment that supports growth and development
