Job Description
This restaurant is owned and operated by an independent franchisee licensed to use the McDonald's brand, logos, and food products but functions as a separate company from McDonald's USA. As such, the franchisee holds full responsibility for employment matters at this location, including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling employees. McDonald's USA has no involvement in these decisions and does not receive copies of employment applications or participate in interviews or hiring processes. This structure means that employees working here are directly employed by the franchisee and not by McDonald's USA.

Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Proven ability to lead and manage teams
- Experience running high-volume or quick service restaurants preferred
- Strong communication and leadership ability
- Ability to work full-time and flexible hours
- Customer service orientation
- Basic computer skills

- Previous general manager experience in high-volume locations
- Experience in quick service restaurants or hospitality/retail
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to set and achieve operational goals
- Effective coaching and communication skills
- At least 18 years old
- Experience with employee development and training
Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant meeting McDonald's quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- Work with leaders to set restaurant goals and plan to achieve them
- Lead and support Department Managers to set goals, track progress, and improve performance
- Provide coaching and direction to Department Managers and their teams
- Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and operations for high-volume locations
