Job Requirements
- Ability to work a 40 plus hour week
- at least 18 years of age
- valid driver license
- clean driving record
- ability to lift 30 to 40 pounds regularly
- ability to stand bend reach and scoop throughout shifts
- ability to work in walk-in refrigerator and freezer conditions ranging from 40 degrees F to minus 10 degrees F
- must be able to perform teach and train all aspects of Assistant Manager PIC InShopper and Delivery Driver positions
- ability to handle fast paced and high stress situations in the store
- organize and establish priorities with minimal supervision
- willing to coach and task manage employees on store operations
Job Qualifications
- Jimmy John Manager Certification
- ServSafe Manager Certification
- proficiency in Microsoft Word
- proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- proficiency in Microsoft Outlook
- proficiency in Adobe Acrobat
- strong leadership skills
- experience in managing retail or food service operations
Job Duties
- Oversee all aspects of in-store operations
- manage staffing and scheduling
- ensure food safety compliance
- control inventory and stock ordering
- handle cost of goods sold (COGS)
- manage cash handling procedures
- enforce brand compliance
- maintain store cleanliness and organization
- coach and train employees
- manage high-stress situations effectively
