Job Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of management experience in restaurant retail or guest services
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation is required
- Ability to work full-time (47 hours per week) including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Willingness to learn new business systems and tools
- Ability to bend, reach, lift up to 50 pounds, and stand for 4 to 8 hours during shifts
- Ability to communicate effectively and manage stressful situations professionally
- Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism
- Flexible schedule to meet store operational needs
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 1-2 years of restaurant retail or guest service management experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work full-time including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Willingness to learn new systems and tools
- Preferred ServSafe certification or ability to obtain within 90 days
- Experience with sales building, profit and loss statements, recruitment and training
- Knowledge of store systems such as Toast, CrunchTime, and Workday
- Valid driver's license
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
Job Duties
- Ensure the store is fully staffed for upcoming shifts including scheduling and bench planning
- Build and maintain a high-performing team through goal setting and accountability
- Execute and monitor team training and onboarding programs
- Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and recognition to support team development
- Model and uphold company policies and maintain a safe environment
- Lead by example to inspire outstanding guest experiences
- Facilitate timely resolution of employee and customer issues
- Drive strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty
- Lead store performance focusing on sales, profitability, and operational excellence
- Manage scheduling, inventory, and supply chain processes
- Utilize financial planning to manage budgets and analyze trends
- Create energy and enthusiasm to exceed sales goals
- Maintain high standards in food safety, sanitation, and health protocols
