Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- eligible to work in this country
- pass a background investigation
- reliable transportation to home store and other locations
- ability to stand and move for most of the shift
- use restaurant equipment such as headset, register, or grill
- willingness to obtain SERV Safe certification by end of training
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- leadership experience in restaurant or retail management preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- ability to train and develop staff
- knowledge of food safety and health regulations
- willingness to obtain SERV Safe certification
Job Duties
- Maintain day-to-day financial controls
- create and manage staff schedules
- interview, hire, train and orientate team
- oversee coaching, counseling, and developing staff and managing team relations
- exercise proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management
- ensure health and safety inspections and standards are met
- lead management team to achieve employee, customer, sales, and operational goals
