Job Requirements

  • Minimum of two years prior experience as a General Manager in a full service, quick casual, or fast-food high-volume restaurant
  • Ability to work 50 to 60 hours per week and occasionally more
  • Ability to spend 90 percent of working time standing
  • Must use all sensory capabilities including vision, hearing, tasting, smelling, touching, and speaking
  • Physical ability to walk, bend, kneel, handle, reach, squat, crawl, lift more than 35 pounds regularly, climb, and stoop
  • Must communicate clearly in the primary language of the restaurant
  • Hearing and vision corrected to 100 percent and 20/20 respectively
  • Reliable transportation for occasional travel
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high energy, and physically demanding environment
