Job Requirements

be 18 years or older
previous experience managing a restaurant or similar establishment
strong leadership and interpersonal skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
commitment to maintaining high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness

Job Qualifications

previous general manager experience in high volume locations
experience in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail
strong leadership and team management skills
excellent communication and organizational abilities
ability to set and achieve strategic goals

meet McDonald’s critical customer standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
set restaurant goals in collaboration with leadership
lead and support department managers
