Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years current experience in casual restaurant industry
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Availability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in fast-paced environment
  • Maintain well-groomed appearance and follow uniform standards
  • Display positive and friendly attitude towards all guests
  • Able to withstand physical demands of restaurant environment
  • Servsafe license preferred or able to obtain and maintain per state mandates

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years current experience in casual restaurant industry
  • Previous experience in deli or food service management preferred
  • Experience in hotel catering, coffee service, banquet operations, assistant management, food production, or bartending is a plus
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Servsafe license preferred or ability to obtain and maintain according to state mandates
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in fast-paced environment
  • Positive and friendly customer service attitude

Job Duties

  • Oversee all restaurant operations including safety, quality, and company compliance
  • Lead daily decision-making and scheduling
  • Maintain high cleanliness and service standards
  • Guide and develop team members
  • Control costs and manage budgets
  • Implement operational improvements to drive results
  • Protect company assets and ensure exceptional guest experiences
