Job Requirements
- minimum age of 18 years
- previous general manager experience preferred
- ability to work in a fast paced environment

Job Qualifications
- previous general manager experience in high volume quick service restaurants or hospitality or retail environments
- demonstrated leadership and team management skills

- strong communication and coaching abilities
- knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service principles
- ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities
Job Duties
- run a profitable restaurant meeting McDonald's standards of quality service and cleanliness
- work with leadership to set the restaurant's goals and develop plans to achieve them
- lead and support Department Managers by setting goals coaching and providing guidance
- manage hiring and development of Department and Shift Managers
- oversee staffing scheduling and daily operations to ensure high performance
- ensure compliance with health safety and operational regulations
- foster a positive team environment and promote employee growth and engagement
