This job opportunity is with a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee of McDonald's, a globally recognized brand known for its fast service and quality food products. It is important to note that this franchisee operates as a separate entity from McDonald's USA and holds a license to use McDonald's logos and sell its food products. Job Requirements

  • minimum age of 18 years
  • previous general manager experience preferred
  • ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • commitment to maintaining high standards of quality service and cleanliness
  • willingness to support team development and training
  • flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • previous general manager experience in high volume quick service restaurants or hospitality or retail environments
  • demonstrated leadership and team management skills
  • ability to set goals and drive performance
  • experience in employee hiring and development
  • strong communication and coaching abilities
  • knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service principles
  • ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities

Job Duties

  • run a profitable restaurant meeting McDonald's standards of quality service and cleanliness
  • work with leadership to set the restaurant's goals and develop plans to achieve them
  • lead and support Department Managers by setting goals coaching and providing guidance
  • manage hiring and development of Department and Shift Managers
  • oversee staffing scheduling and daily operations to ensure high performance
  • ensure compliance with health safety and operational regulations
  • foster a positive team environment and promote employee growth and engagement
