Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Proven retail management experience
Strong leadership capabilities
Ability to manage budgets and profitability
Skilled in staff hiring and development
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Job Qualifications

Successful completion of all training modules including GMIT and Talent Platform training
Ability to achieve placement in the succession program
Excellent communication skills
