Job Requirements
- minimum high school diploma or GED
- some college preferred
- must be 18 years or older
- proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- ability to adapt to new systems quickly

- minimum 5 plus years food service, retail or restaurant supervisory experience
- proficiency in profit and loss analysis and financial performance
- demonstrated recruiting and team selection skills
- knowledge of labor laws

- strong leadership and team management abilities
- passion for hospitality and guest service
- flexibility to work 50 to 60 hours per week including varied shifts

Job Duties
- staff the restaurant timely and efficiently
- ensure restaurant environment is safe for team members and guests
- facilitate orientation and onboarding process
- write and implement shift leader development and performance plans
- make final hiring and separation decisions
- create schedules considering sales volume and payroll
- audit operations and develop improvement solutions
- manage budgets and financial performance
- control cash, property, product, and equipment
- meet business targets
- maintain operational standards and communicate maintenance issues
- coach and mentor team members
- ensure compliance with risk management
- pass communication from district manager to team members
