Job Requirements

  • minimum high school diploma or GED
  • some college preferred
  • must be 18 years or older
  • proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • ability to adapt to new systems quickly

  • minimum 5 plus years food service, retail or restaurant supervisory experience
  • proficiency in profit and loss analysis and financial performance

Job Duties

  • staff the restaurant timely and efficiently
  • ensure restaurant environment is safe for team members and guests
  • facilitate orientation and onboarding process
  • write and implement shift leader development and performance plans
  • make final hiring and separation decisions
  • create schedules considering sales volume and payroll
  • audit operations and develop improvement solutions
  • manage budgets and financial performance
  • control cash, property, product, and equipment
  • meet business targets
  • maintain operational standards and communicate maintenance issues
  • coach and mentor team members
  • ensure compliance with risk management
  • pass communication from district manager to team members
