- Previous experience in a fast-paced food service or retail environment
- Ability to follow all smoothie recipes accurately
- Proficient in cashiering and order taking
- Strong time management and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to perform cleaning and general upkeep tasks
- Positive attitude and willingness to work flexible hours
- Ability to train and manage new employees
- Reliable and punctual

- Follow all Smoothie recipes
- Provide fast, accurate, and friendly service
- Clean dishes
- General cleaning tasks
- Cashiering
- Order taking
- Provide above and beyond customer service

- Interviews/hiring
- Training of new employees
- Deposits
- Inventory counts/management
- Truck orders
- A bias towards actions - you do not hesitate to roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes to get the job done
