Job Requirements
- Ability to work on feet for up to 13 hours
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Job Qualifications

- Prior experience in restaurant management preferred

Job Duties
- Ensure the restaurant is in full compliance to all local, state and federal regulations
- Ensure knowledge, adherence and enforcement of all Firehouse Subs policies and procedures
- Provide leadership to the restaurant team to meet standards of superior guest service, quality and cleanliness
- Ensure profitability by operating within guidelines for food cost, labor, controllable, utilities and sales growth
- Coordinate and implement current operations game plans and company initiatives
- Accountable for proper staffing with qualified personnel and continuous training of Assistant Manager and Shift Managers
- Participate in local restaurant marketing and community affairs
