Job Requirements

  • Ability to work on feet for up to 13 hours
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Compliance with local, state and federal regulations

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in restaurant management preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of labor laws and health regulations
  • Ability to train and develop staff
  • Customer service orientation
  • Basic financial acumen

Job Duties

  • Ensure the restaurant is in full compliance to all local, state and federal regulations
  • Ensure knowledge, adherence and enforcement of all Firehouse Subs policies and procedures
  • Provide leadership to the restaurant team to meet standards of superior guest service, quality and cleanliness
  • Ensure profitability by operating within guidelines for food cost, labor, controllable, utilities and sales growth
  • Coordinate and implement current operations game plans and company initiatives
  • Accountable for proper staffing with qualified personnel and continuous training of Assistant Manager and Shift Managers
  • Participate in local restaurant marketing and community affairs
