Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years current experience in the casual restaurant industry
  • Availability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain a well-groomed appearance and uniform standards
  • Display a positive and friendly attitude towards guests
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to meet physical demands of a restaurant environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous experience in casual restaurant management
  • Experience in deli or food service management preferred
  • Knowledge of hotel catering, coffee service, banquet operations, assistant management, food production, or bartending is a plus
  • Servsafe license preferred or ability to obtain one
  • Strong leadership and customer service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Manage scheduling and daily decision-making processes
  • Maintain high levels of cleanliness and service excellence
  • Guide, support, and develop team members to enhance performance
  • Control operational costs and protect company assets
  • Implement continuous improvements to drive business results
