Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years current experience in the casual restaurant industry
- Availability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain a well-groomed appearance and uniform standards
- Display a positive and friendly attitude towards guests
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to meet physical demands of a restaurant environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous experience in casual restaurant management
- Experience in deli or food service management preferred
- Knowledge of hotel catering, coffee service, banquet operations, assistant management, food production, or bartending is a plus
- Servsafe license preferred or ability to obtain one
- Strong leadership and customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Job Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
- Manage scheduling and daily decision-making processes
- Maintain high levels of cleanliness and service excellence
- Guide, support, and develop team members to enhance performance
- Control operational costs and protect company assets
