Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant management or related field
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage staff effectively
- Knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations
- Experience with inventory control and cash handling
- Strong problem solving and customer service abilities
- Capability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to use point of sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills

- Experience in restaurant management or similar leadership role
- Strong customer service skills
- Knowledge of inventory management and cash handling procedures
- Ability to train and develop staff
- Capable of analyzing operational reports and business metrics

- Proficient in maintaining compliance with health and safety standards
Job Duties
- Ensure staff compliance with government regulations, company policies, and Capriotti's procedures
- Complete University of CAPRIOTTIS courses as directed
- Cover shifts for managers and employees and respond to emergency calls when needed
- Greet customers cheerfully and helpfully
- Educate staff about survey results and secret shopper programs
- Resolve customer complaints and service issues escalated by supervisors
- Respond to negative surveys and corporate complaints
- Submit orders for inventory and beverages
- Conduct inventory counts and audits
- Inspect food storage areas and ensure proper food rotation
- Follow and enforce company cash handling policies
- Prepare bank deposits, bank bags, and change orders
- Maintain business records as per operations manual
- Complete temperature, waste, and cleaning logs
- Record employee and complimentary meals in POS
- Review daily logs and investigate discrepancies
- Submit reports including Weekly Inventory Sales, sales reconciliation, workforce analysis, and sales reports
- Inspect equipment and ensure maintenance schedules are followed
- Review and approve staff work schedules, timesheets, and time-off requests
- Conduct staff meetings and safety trainings
- Communicate store goals and delegate tasks
- Make hiring decisions and oversee performance reviews
- Implement local and national marketing initiatives
- Plan special events and promotions
- Maintain a safe and sanitary environment throughout the store
