- bachelor's degree preferred
- ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- develop financial operational plans and budgets and monitor performance
- drive food and beverage sales
- review and control labor costs and expenses
- manage day-to-day operations including scheduling, planning, organizing, and team communication
- supervise and direct staff training on guest service, food and beverage operations, loss prevention, and company standards
- manage multiple departments and conduct regular performance review meetings
- review profit and loss statements and adjust action plans
- maintain team morale and address HR and loss prevention issues
- ensure customer complaints are resolved and guest satisfaction is achieved
- oversee and expand food and beverage program, ensuring quality and standards
- provide ongoing training to sustain sales culture
- work varying shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended days as needed
