Job Requirements

  • minimum of 5 years management experience in full-service restaurant or food service operations
  • bachelor's degree preferred
  • ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • excellent problem-solving abilities
  • ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods
  • effective communication skills
  • proficiency in POS systems

Job Duties

  • develop financial operational plans and budgets and monitor performance
  • drive food and beverage sales
  • review and control labor costs and expenses
  • manage day-to-day operations including scheduling, planning, organizing, and team communication
  • supervise and direct staff training on guest service, food and beverage operations, loss prevention, and company standards
  • manage multiple departments and conduct regular performance review meetings
  • review profit and loss statements and adjust action plans
  • maintain team morale and address HR and loss prevention issues
  • ensure customer complaints are resolved and guest satisfaction is achieved
  • oversee and expand food and beverage program, ensuring quality and standards
  • provide ongoing training to sustain sales culture
  • work varying shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended days as needed
