Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Availability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Minimum of 3 years leadership experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality

  • Lead day-to-day restaurant operations
  • Ensure team members provide exceptional customer service
  • Help recruit, train, and retain a winning team

  • Drive results through labor, food cost, and sales goals
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming restaurant
  • Collaborate with area coaches to meet business goals
