Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- must have reliable transportation
- ability to stand and move for most of the shift
- willingness to use restaurant equipment such as headset, register, or grill
- commitment to following brand standards
- ability to pass background investigation
- eligible to work in the country
- must be willing to obtain SERV Safe certification by the end of training
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior restaurant management experience preferred
- strong leadership and communication skills
- problem-solving and decision-making ability
- knowledge of food safety standards and compliance
- ability to oversee and develop a team
- willingness to obtain SERV Safe certification if not already certified
Job Duties
- Maintain day-to-day financial controls
- create and manage staff schedules
- interview, hire, train and orientate team
- oversee coaching, counseling, and developing staff and managing team relations
- exercise proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management
- ensure health and safety inspections and standards are met
- lead management team to achieve employee, customer, sales, and operational goals
