Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- valid driver's license
- able to lift and carry at least 50 lbs and stand for 8 plus hours
- 2 or more years of management experience preferably in the restaurant industry managing a team of 15 or more employees
- available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- demonstrates strong interpersonal communication skills
- bilingual English/Spanish a plus

Job Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring high quality and efficiency
- lead, develop, and mentor restaurant team members
- manage food preparation and presentation to meet Cafe Rio standards
- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- interact with customers to maintain satisfaction and resolve issues
- assist in hiring, training, and scheduling employees
- monitor inventory and control costs
