Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of management experience in the full service or fast-casual restaurant industry
- High school diploma required
- Experience in recruiting, hiring, training and developing people
- Experience in sales and customer service
- Demonstrate experience in operational excellence in both front of the house and back of the house
- Proven track record of managing cost of goods and labor
- Understanding of business reports and budgets
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Servsafe Certification preferred

- Maintains and exceeds guest expectations to build brand loyalty and repeat business
- Present a consistent, professional image of the cafe (and team) by maintaining all sanitation and appearance standards
- Communicate and remain update-to-date on all marketing and promotional materials. Executes marketing and sales programs, following appropriate guidelines
- Build cafe sales by cultivating relationships in the business community and initiating local store marketing campaigns
- Upholds the highest food quality and hospitality standards
- Ensures food safety, maintains product inventory and develops staff to prepare all food at the highest level
- Maintain cleanliness, safety standards, and applies knowledge of all policies and procedures
- Enjoy working in the food & beverage industry
