Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of leadership experience in luxury hotel or resort settings
  • Proven track record of managing multi-departmental operations
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a general manager or senior leader in a luxury hotel or resort environment
  • Hands-on leadership style with a passion for hospitality
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong teams and a positive service culture
  • Strong financial and operational acumen
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

Job Duties

  • Lead and oversee all aspects of resort operations including rooms, food & beverage, spa, admin & general and guest programming
  • Build and sustain a strong, values driven service culture
  • Maintain a visible presence throughout the property, engaging with guests and team members
  • Ensure exceptional service standards and consistency across all guest touchpoints
  • Drive financial performance while maintaining the highest quality standards
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop a high performing leadership team
