Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous restaurant management experience required
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- must be able to stand and walk for up to 10 hours daily
- ability to lift 50 pounds
- excellent communication skills
- passion for hospitality
- willingness to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- be guest obsessed and uphold top-notch standards of excellence and hospitality
- ensure speed of service, accuracy, and positive guest experience
- manage full employee lifecycle including recruitment, hiring, performance management
- train and develop crew members, shift leaders, and apprentices using Chipotle’s resources
- oversee delivery of accurate and timely digital orders
- manage day-to-day restaurant operations including scheduling, P&L control, sales forecasting, recruiting
- ensure restaurant cleanliness and guest readiness
- uphold food safety, operational, and compliance standards
- achieve financial goals including annual sales and cash flow plans
- work flexible schedule including lunch, dinner, and weekend shifts
