Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 10+ years experience in relevant industries preferred
- 5+ years profit and loss management experience
- experience managing multiple units
- multi-state management experience
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 10+ years' experience preferred in vacuum/pump trucks, commercial underground construction, trucking/fleet management, sewer/water line, underground utilities, waste, equipment rentals
- 5+ years full profit and loss management experience
- multi-unit management responsibility
- multi-state responsibility
Job Duties
- Develops and executes a 1-2-year business plan ensuring alignment with the overall corporate strategic plan and immediate manager's business plan
- enhances area strategic positioning
- designs the development and subsequent implementation of operational and business plan for the region
- grows Badger's business in the region at a robust pace ensuring the foundation is built for long term success
- continues to expand the need for Badger's hydrovac services through education, awareness, and market development
- works with the U.S. Finance and Administration Manager to ensure financial planning, controls and information is adequate
- prepares budget for region and follows it throughout the year
