Job Requirements
- 3+ years of general manager experience in the restaurant entertainment or hospitality industry
- high school diploma or equivalent bachelor’s degree preferred
- valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- must have current alcohol and food certifications that meet city county state requirements
- ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 12 hours
- ability to lift 25-50 pounds

Job Duties
- Ensures prompt friendly service according to company guidelines
- builds a culture using the vision mission statement to guide values
- manages guest complaints promptly and appropriately
- enforces alcohol awareness and builds positive relationships with local authorities
- maintains adequate inventory levels and ensures product preparation meets company standards
- actively participates in the community to increase sales and raise restaurant awareness
- oversees and schedules team members to meet sales demands
