Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in landscaping or related industry preferred
- Previous supervisory or management experience
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Capable of working independently within a franchise structure
- Valid driver's license
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in budget management
- Strong financial acumen and understanding of P&L and cash flow
- Excellent client management and communication skills
- Experience recruiting and training employees
- Demonstrated ability to boost employee morale
- Knowledge of safety regulations including OSHA
- Familiarity with hazard communication and safety compliance programs
Job Duties
- Responsible for all budgets including labor, material, and administration
- Manage account receivables
- Review monthly financial reports and understand profit and loss statements
- Understand and monitor cash flow
- Establish and maintain a Client Contact Log
- Maintain client survey program
- Act as the primary client contact person
- Establish maintenance and enhancement budgets with clients
- Participate in local client-driven activities
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies
- Perform supervisory training for key employees
- Coordinate and communicate between field staff and office
- Responsible for crew morale and develop morale boosting initiatives
- Ensure compliance with all safety programs
- Act as or supervise Branch Safety Officer
- Monitor local, state, and federal safety laws including OSHA
- Manage the HazCom program and MSDS sheets for shop and vehicles
