Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of hotel operations experience
- At least 1 year in a GM or AGM leadership role
- Strong leadership, communication, and team building skills
- Proven success in revenue management and financial performance
- Hilton or major brand experience strongly preferred
- High emotional intelligence and sound decision making
- Ability to work weekends/holidays based on hotel demand
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field preferred

Job Duties
- Lead all hotel operations: Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and F&B service areas
- Recruit, train, and develop a high performing opening team
- Drive revenue, manage expenses, and oversee P&L performance
- Ensure Hampton brand standards and A&R Group operational excellence
- Implement the annual Business Plan and execute revenue strategies
- Maintain exceptional guest satisfaction and operational compliance
- Oversee pre opening tasks: staffing, vendor coordination, brand readiness, and QA standards
- Serve as a culture driven leader who motivates, coaches, and inspires
