Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years current experience in the casual restaurant industry
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • ServSafe license preferred or ability to obtain State-approved license
  • Availability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain a well-groomed appearance and follow uniform standards
  • Display a positive and outwardly friendly attitude towards all guests
  • Able to withstand the physical demands of a restaurant environment

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years current experience in the casual restaurant industry
  • Previous management experience in deli or food service preferred
  • Experience in hotel catering, coffee service, banquet operations, assistant management, food production, or bartending is a plus
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • ServSafe license preferred or ability to obtain State-approved license
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Strong leadership ability to motivate and inspire a team

Job Duties

  • Oversee restaurant operations and ensure safety and quality standards
  • Take the lead on daily scheduling and decision-making
  • Maintain high levels of cleanliness and service
  • Guide and develop team members
  • Control costs and implement operational improvements
  • Protect company assets and ensure compliance
  • Deliver an exceptional guest experience
