Job Duties
- Provide quality products to customers by ensuring product standards and order accuracy
- Respond professionally and promptly to customer concerns and solicit feedback
- Communicate, train, and promote quality standards among team members using company tools
- Recruit, orient, train, and maintain staffing levels focused on customer service
- Conduct performance reviews and take disciplinary actions as necessary
- Manage sales goals by building customer relationships and executing marketing strategies
- Control profit goals by managing food, labor, and other costs within budget
- Oversee cash management, inventory control, and maintenance of equipment and safety standards
