Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum five years experience in restaurant management
  • Ability to stand, bend, stoop and lift 45 pounds frequently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Dropbox
  • Availability to work 50-60 hours per week
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to manage employee hiring, training, and termination

Job Qualifications

  • Five or more years of front-of-house management experience
  • Proficiency with in-house POS systems
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience in brand management
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Dropbox
  • Proven organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to work extended hours in a fast-paced environment
  • Capable of managing a diverse staff
  • Self-motivated with exemplary leadership abilities

Job Duties

  • Understand and administer restaurant policies, procedures, and training programs
  • Interview, hire, supervise, and when necessary, terminate employees
  • Manage shifts including daily decisions, scheduling, and event management
  • Complete all reporting and maintain accurate records
  • Enforce sanitary practices and facility cleanliness
  • Assure consistent food preparation and equipment maintenance
  • Oversee product deliveries to verify accuracy and condition
  • Implement corporate marketing plans and promotions
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations
  • Provide ongoing employee development and performance feedback
  • Adhere to company cost objectives to maximize profits
  • Manage budgets and profit and loss responsibilities
  • Ensure timely financial and payroll reviews
  • Control cash and receipts following company procedures
