Job Requirements

Arrive at work on time
Flexibility in scheduling
Follow procedures for restaurant equipment operation
Access to personal vehicle with valid license and clean driving record
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and carry up to 30 feet
Ability to push/pull up to 90 lbs up to 30 feet
Ability to stand and walk through most of work shift
Follow cash handling safety and security procedures
Adhere to city, state, and United States safety regulations
Knowledge of human resources policies and processes

Job Qualifications

Experience in restaurant or related managerial role
Proven leadership and coaching skills
Ability to analyze and solve complex issues
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of restaurant operational procedures
Familiarity with financial management and cost controls
Capability to inspire and develop team members
Competence in employee performance management
Understanding of recruiting, training, and retention strategies
Ability to lead business reviews and implement tactical solutions
