Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in restaurant management or leadership
- Ability to stand and move for most of your shift
- Ability to use restaurant equipment such as headset, register, or grill
- Willingness to lead and develop a team
- Commitment to promoting proper food safety procedures
- Ability to follow brand standards
- Secure reliable transportation to work
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must have or obtain SERV Safe certification
- Eligible to work and pass background check
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in restaurant management or a leadership role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to make decisions and solve problems effectively
- Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
- Ability to train, coach, and develop team members
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must have or be willing to obtain SERV Safe certification
Job Duties
- Maintain day-to-day financial controls
- Create and manage staff schedules
- Interview, hire, train and orientate team
- Oversee coaching, counseling, and developing staff and managing team relations
- Exercise proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management
- Ensure health and safety inspections and standards are met
- Lead the management team to achieve employee, customer, sales, and operational goals
